Grand Chief Stewart Phillip is the President of the UBCIC (Union of BC Indian Chiefs). Grand Chief Stewart Phillip is also Chief of the Penticton Indian Band and is Chair of the Okanagan Nation Alliance. We discussed the National Day of Action- a day of protest for Indigenous Rights in Canada and many other issues involving Indigenous People of Canada.
